How do I create my first comparison?

Tap the "+" button on the dashboard to start a new session. Give your session a name (e.g. "Cooking Oil"), then tap "Add Product" to enter each product's name, price, and quantity. UnitSmart will automatically calculate and rank them by price per unit.
What units does UnitSmart support?

UnitSmart supports grams (g), kilograms (kg), millilitres (ml), litres (L), and pieces (pcs). When comparing products, make sure to use the same unit type so the calculation is accurate.
Does the app require an internet connection?

No. UnitSmart is completely offline. All data is stored on your device. You can use the app in the supermarket without any Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
How do I back up my data?

Go to Settings within the app and tap "Export Data". Your comparison history will be saved as a JSON file to your device. You can store this file in Files, iCloud Drive, or any location you choose.
How do I delete a comparison session?

On the dashboard, swipe left on any session to reveal the delete button. To delete multiple sessions at once, tap "Edit" in the top-right corner, select the sessions you want to remove, then tap "Delete".
Can I duplicate an existing session?

Yes. Long-press on any session card or tap the "..." menu to find the "Duplicate" option. This is useful when you want to compare the same product category with updated prices.
Does UnitSmart collect any of my data?

No. UnitSmart collects zero personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Your data never leaves your device. See our

How do I turn off the monthly reminder notification?

Open your iPhone's Settings app → Notifications → UnitSmart → toggle off "Allow Notifications". You can also manage this from within the app's Settings screen.
The app is in English. Can I switch to Indonesian?

Yes. UnitSmart follows your iPhone's system language. To switch to Bahasa Indonesia, go to iPhone Settings → General → Language & Region → iPhone Language → select "Indonesia". The app will restart in Indonesian.
I found a bug. How do I report it?

Name your sessions clearly
Use the product category as the session name (e.g. "Minyak Goreng", "Body Wash") so you can quickly find past comparisons on your dashboard.

Duplicate sessions for price checks
When prices change, duplicate an old session and update the prices instead of starting from scratch. Saves you from re-entering product names.

Include the brand and size in the product name
e.g. "Bimoli 2L" vs "Sania 1L" — this makes the comparison results much easier to read at a glance.

Export before uninstalling
If you ever need to reinstall the app, remember to export your data first. Since everything is stored locally, uninstalling will permanently remove your history.
