This Privacy Policy describes how UnitSmart ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our iOS application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. UnitSmart is a fully offline, serverless application — there is no backend server, no user accounts, and no internet connection required to use the app.

We do not collect any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Payment or financial information
- Contacts, photos, or any other device content
3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All data you enter into UnitSmart (such as product names, prices, and quantities) is stored locally on your device using an on-device SQLite database. This data:
- Never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it
- Is not accessible to us or any third party
- Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app
4. Data Export / Backup
UnitSmart offers an optional local backup feature that lets you export your comparison data as a JSON file to your device's local storage. This export is initiated entirely by you. We do not receive, store, or have access to any exported data.
5. Notifications
UnitSmart may request permission to send you local notifications (e.g., a monthly reminder to use the app). These notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use push notification services, and no data is sent to any server to deliver these notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
6. Third-Party Services
UnitSmart does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect user data.
7. Children's Privacy
UnitSmart does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for all ages.
