1. Data Collected

Expiora does not collect, transmit, or store any data to external servers. All data — including document names, expiry dates, photos, and family member information — is stored entirely on your device.

2. Local Storage

Document data is stored using SwiftData on the device's local storage. Document photos are stored in the app's Documents directory. Data is not shared with any third parties.

3. Notifications

Expiora requests notification permission to send reminders before documents expire. Notifications are created and managed entirely on your device via the iOS local notification system. No data is sent to any server.

4. Photo Gallery Access

Expiora requests photo gallery access to allow you to add document photos. Photos you select are stored only locally within the app and are not transmitted anywhere.

5. No Ads or Tracking

Expiora does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics tools, or any tracking mechanisms. We do not collect usage data.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally, data security depends on your device's security. We recommend using a screen lock (Face ID / Touch ID / PIN) to protect access to your device.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all data at any time via Settings → Delete All Data. Deleting the app from your device will also delete all stored data.

8. iCloud Sync

When iCloud backup is enabled by the user, data is synced via Apple's iCloud service and governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The developer has no access to this data.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application, including but not limited to the name "Expiora", its logo, design, source code, and user interface, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the developer. Nothing in this policy grants you any right, title, or license to any intellectual property of the developer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

13. No Responsibility for Missed Deadlines

The application is a convenience tool only. The developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from missed expiry dates, failed notifications (due to iOS system restrictions, device settings, or other factors beyond the developer's control), or inaccurate data entered by the user. Users are solely responsible for verifying and managing their own document and item expiry dates through official channels.

14. Changes to This Policy

The developer reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised.

15. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
